The Organisational Capacity module is an assessment framework that includes theory, guidance and a scoring instrument, which allows organisations and practitioners to:

• Assess the capacity of a small and medium-size organisation to effectively implement its smallholder-inclusive business model,
• Identify and prioritise the key areas that require support to close gaps on organisational capacity.
• Provide a standardised approach to data collection that allows comparing organisational capacity across companies
• Function as a monitoring and evaluation tool during project implementation

This module was developed as part of the broader Inclusive Business Analysis methodology, including the Learning Framework, Indicators  and Inclusive Business Analysis Financial Model and Case Report.
