Management Response to the Evaluation of the IDH Farmfit Program (2018–2024)

In response to the independent evaluation conducted by ADE consultancy and the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), the management team of the IDH Farmfit Africa Program reflects on the findings, the recommendations, and outlines steps to drive continued progress. 

The evaluation assessed the program’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact on transforming smallholder-inclusive business models and improving farmers’ access to services, markets, and finance.

This management response highlights key lessons learned, provides responses to the recommendations, and future for scaling and replicating successful approaches in smallholder-Inclusive Business Models.
